SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Delivery times mentioned on the website are a realistic indication based on agreements with our suppliers. It could occur that for some reason these dates can not be met. We will do everything in our power to meet these dates!
All of our products are made to order. Order processing time may vary depending on our order amount and demand (during peak season it is longer). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Damages
Ruki Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. This will ensure all orders are dealt with the same amount of caution and security, and will ensure a productive work streamline.
Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect.
By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.

In case PayPal or credit card checkout is not working due to technical issues or when ordering a larger quantity of products, we also offer to pay by invoice. Ask for the invoice by writing to contact@rukitoys.com
Goods damaged in the shipping process:
We do our best to minimize the damaging risk. Still, around 1% of the shippings get damaged.
- Please check the outside of the box when you receive it. If there are obvious signs of damage, please make a photo if possible.
- If the courier is still with you, please make a note on the shipping receipt mentioning the damage.
- If any of the parts inside are damaged, please make photos and send them to us. We will send new ones as soon as possible.
