   We offer a 2-year warranty for each of our products. If the product has defects related to the quality of manufacturing or materials, we will replace the damaged parts at no additional cost. The warranty is void if it is found that the damage was caused by the user or non-compliant assembly.

   If you notice that the packaging of a the parcel is damaged, please take pictures before opening, and then check all the parts if they have been hit. If certain parts have been damaged, please contact us at the email address contact@rukitoys.com, attach the pictures and we will gladly solve any of your problems as soon as possible.

   All products are delivered disassembled and accompanied by a assembly sketch, if you encounter assembly difficulties, please contact us, and our team can provide you with the necessary support.
